The “CanNeed-CTG-310 Coating Thickness Gauge” provides a computer enhanced method of rapidly assessing lacquer film weight of both internal and external coatings on beverage and food cans, and also tinplate. CanNeed-CTG-310 Coating Thickness Gauge is used to test the coating thickness(coating weight per unit area, g/m2).Can both test coating thickness of can body and plate sheet when configurated with different clamps. Use standard coating plate (sample with known weight, g/m2) calibration equipment,to test different types of coatings.Test result and coating type number will display on the screen,and data output to PC with RS232.
Standard coating plate is supplied by coating supplier,and used to calibrate the gauge.After calibration,other samples can be tested.
